我們的教練團

教練團主要是由十多位資深家長教練所組成，他們均完成了由香港欖球總會所舉辦的國際認可教練證書課程，

並成功通過考核及實習，獲得國際認可教練資格。此外，他們經年累月地參與欖球活動和欖球訓練，已累積了

不少經驗，好讓球員們都能在充足準備的條件下進行練習及比賽，球員安全得到莫大的保障。

　

教練團工作崗位

團隊 PM：	負責教練團內部及與球會委員會的聯絡和溝通工作。
總教練：	負責監督及指導各級別、分組教練和分組助教的教練工作。
級別教練：	負責監督及指導某一級別的分組教練和分組助教的教練工作。
分組教練：	負責某一分組的教練工作。
分組助教：	負責協助某一分組教練進行教練工作。
訓練員：	祇供U12以上會員，負責輔助U9 - U12分組進行日常訓練。

教練團招募

由於球會球員人數不斷增加，所以教練團是有必要擴編來保持良好的訓練條件。在此，我們希望各位有興趣參與

教練工作的球員家長不要再猶豫了，請馬上與我們聯絡，加入我們的團隊。

Our Coach Team

The team of coaches comprised of more than 10 senior parent coaches, who had attended the “International Recognized Coach

Certificate Course” organized by the HKRFU. They passed the examination and practices successfully to obtain the international

coach recognition. Besides, they had taken parts in various rugby activities and training, thus accumulating ample experience. This

would help the coaches to train the players in a well-prepared and safe environment. This is of high importance in protecting the

afety of the players.

The Responsibilities of the Various Posts of the Coach Team

Coach Project Manager	Responsible for the contact and communication within the Coach Team and between the Coach Team and the Committee.
Head Coach	Responsible for the monitoring and provision of guidance to the grade / unit / assistant coaches.
Grade Coach	Responsible for the monitoring and provision of guidance to the coaches in the particular grade.
Unit Coach	Responsible for the coaching of one particular unit.
Assistant Coach	Assist the Unit Coach to carry out coaching job.
Trainer (only applicable to U13 or above members)	Assist in the regular practices of the U9-U12 units.

Recruitment of Coaches

To ensure high quality training is provided to the players, expansion of Coach Team is required due to the rapid increase in the numbers of

players. Therefore, we preach those parents who are interested in the coaching job to join the Coach Team.

2007 - 2008 年度教練團 (2007-2008 Coach Team)

2007 - 2008年度教練團，已於2007年5月5日『週年教練會議』上由各註冊教練商討組成。按各級別、分組和教練等

情況，訂定了本年度教練團的工作編排. ( The 2007- 2008 coach team was formed after discussion by the registered coaches in the

“Annual Coach Meeting” held on 5 May 2007. The role and responsibilities of the Coach Team for the year was desired in accordance to

the grades, units and available coaches).
